Austin Powers is a series of comedy films directed by Jay Roach and distributed by New Line Cinema, and written, produced by, and starring Mike Myers as the titular character. The films follow Austin Powers, a British spy, and his quest to bring the villain Dr. Evil to justice. The series mainly spoof the James Bond, Derek Flint, Jason King and Matt Helm franchises, incorporate myriad other elements of popular culture.

Marti Noxon wrote the script and Craig Gillespie would direct the remake, and it was financed by Steven Spielberg with his company DreamWorks. Anton Yelchin to play the lead as teenage Charlie Brewster who thinks his next door neighbor is a vampire. Toni Collette plays Charlie's mother. Colin Farrell plays the antagonist/charismatic neighbor/vampire Jerry Dandrige. Scottish actor David Tennant plays the role of Peter Vincent. The remake was followed by a non-sequel sequel, titled Fright Night 2, which was released direct-to-video on October 1, 2013 by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment.

It stars the voices of Kevin Hart, Ed Helms, Thomas Middleditch and Nick Kroll. The plot follows two imaginative elementary school pranksters named George Beard and Harold Hutchins who hypnotize their cold-hearted principal, Mr. Krupp, into thinking he is Captain Underpants, a superhero who fights crime while wearing only underwear and a cape, thinking he has superpowers. This was followed in 2019 by a short film entitled The Spooky Tale of Captain Underpants Hack-a-Ween. In the sequel, when Melvin tries to cancel Halloween, clever best friends Harold and George create their own spooky holiday. In 2020, an interactive episode called Captain Underpants Epic Choice-o-Rama was released on Netflix. The episode involves Harold and George stopping Mr. Krupp from blowing up their beloved treehouse.
